    Is ordering from CashRegisterStore.com safe?

    Although no system can be %100 safe, we do take steps to make your shopping experience a safe one. Cash Register Store uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. SSL is the standard form of transaction security across the internet. With such measures taken to protect your privacy you should feel at ease buying from Cash Register Store. It is our policy not to sell, distribute or trade any of your personal information that you send us. All customers will remain anonymous.


    What is included with my cash register purchase?

    Each cash register purchase includes a set of keys, 1-2 starter paper rolls, 1 inker item (thermal printer models excluded), and 1 programming manual.


    How do I purchase equipment from your website?

    To purchase a cash register, click on a brand link on the left navigation panel. On the brands page choose the model and "click for more information". On the product page click to "Buy Now" on the right navigation panel with the roving blue lights to go to the accessories page. On this page choose the appropriate items that you desire, and click to check out on the right navigation panel with the blue roving lights. Then simply enter your information and continue by using the right navigation panel.

    Do I have to pay a sales tax?

    Cash Register Store is registered in Florida. Florida residents pay a standard 6.0% sales tax.


    How much is shipping?

    Generally shipping prices within the continental U.S. are low. We have warehouses located around the country to speed the delivery of your system and to provide lower shipping rates. Average rates of shipping would range from $12 for a small cash register to $25 for a larger cash register system. All orders outside the continental United States have additional shipping charges. International orders are shipped via US Priority Mail or Airborne Freight with 7-10 day service.


    What forms of payment do you accept?

    For credit cards we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

    We also accept cashier's, personal, business and internet checks. If sending a check, we will need to receive your payment before we send out your equipment.

    We do not accept international credit cards due to high international credit card theft. We cannot verify credit card addresses outside the U.S. or it's territories to check that a credit card is not stolen. We can email you our bank information to do a wire transfer which is preferred by most international customers. This can be done quickly, and funds can be verified within 2-3 days. You may also opt to pay by sending funds via Western Union, or by sending a certified cashier's check to our listed address.

    We do accept purchase orders for educational institutions and government agencies. Please contact us to arrange for a purchase order.

    We DO NOT accept Paypal or COD.


    How soon is my order taken?

    Most orders received before 3pm EST will be taken and shipped out that day assuming that it is not a special order item or an accessory for a cash register not listed on our site. Any orders received after 3pm EST will be processed and shipped the following day.


    Do you sell internationally?

    Yes, we sell worldwide. You may need a power converter for use in your country. Check out our international page for power converters and more information. All of the cash registers we sell come with 110 volt power supplies. We use either US Priority Mail or Airborne Freight with 7-10 day delivery at very reasonable rates.


    Why did my order come up as $0.00 when I checked out?

    If you are using AOL, your order will come up with all your information but with a total of $0.00. AOL with it's many filters will not accept Pearl script which is one of the languages employed on this website. This is a known problem that is being worked on. If you do not use AOL and check out with $0.00, then likely the server is temporarily having problems. If this is the case, please call in your order at 239-693-3800.


    Do you give multiple unit discounts?

    Sure, if you purchase multiple units we can arrange for a price discount.


    After the Sale Questions

    How long will it take for me to receive my order?

    Most our cash registers are in stock and ready to be shipped and most accessories are in stock as well. Since our orders are sent out daily via UPS ground service, you should receive your purchase within 2 to 7 working days depending what part of the country you live in. Any special order items, products for cash registers not listed on our website, non-continental U.S., and international orders may take longer to ship.


    I received my order, but it is not complete.

    Most orders will not arrive in one complete shipment. Most orders are for multiple items which may require shipment from different locations. Please be patient as most orders arrive complete within a few days of the first delivery.


    Can I return my purchase?

    If the cash register is defective within 30 days of purchase, you may return it for a replacement unit, by first calling Cash Register Store for return authorization. If there is nothing wrong with the cash register and you just simply want to return it (maximum 7 days after delivery), there is a 15% restocking fee. Please see our Return Policy for more details.


    Support and Programming Questions

    Do you provide tech support?

    We provide FREE lifetime tech support as a service to our customers for the cash registers purchased through us. Click here to view our policy regarding tech support. We DO NOT support cash registers purchased through other vendors. Our hours for support are from 9am to 6pm EST, Mon-Fri excluding major holidays.

    Please use caution when purchasing complex equipment on the internet. You may find rock bottom prices at some websites, but be wary. Many websites selling cash registers are NOT offering tech support. Even if you choose not to purchase from Cash Register Store.com, we highly recommend that you read the website's privacy policy regarding tech support. If they do not offer tech support, we highly recommend that you do not buy at that website.


    I don't know how to program a cash register.

    All cash register systems come with a standard program. All you need to program is your local tax rates and make the appropriate departments taxable. All cash registers come with a programming manual to assist you. If you have any questions and have purchased your cash register through us, you can call our support line at 239-693-3800 for free support. If you are still uncomfortable with programming, we can arrange to have it programmed for you.


    Can you program my cash register for me?

    Yes, of course we can arrange to program your cash register. Programming can be a challenge, so why not have it done quickly and correctly. Having us program for you saves you time and energy. Although we do charge for programming, our prices are minimal. The programming price depends on how extensive the program.
