Privacy Policy



Cash Register Store has created this privacy policy statement in order to demonstrate our commitment to privacy. The following discloses the information gathering and dissemination practice for Cash Register Store. Using the Internet should be a secure and easy place to shop. It is our goal to make your shopping experience at Cash Register Store just that, safe and secure.

When you purchase any product through Cash Register Store, we will ask you to provide us with personal information, such as your name, mailing address, e-mail address, credit card information and other personal identifying information. This is required in order to process your order. If you provide us with an e-mail address upon purchasing your equipment, we will send you an e-mail message confirming your online transaction. A separate invoice will be sent via the mail after your order is shipped.

Cash Register Store recognizes and respects the importance of responsible use of your personal information. None of your personal information is sold, given or exchanged to third parties. All personal information is kept strictly confidential by Cash Register Store.


Security



Cash Register Store has taken strong measures to protect the security of your personal information and to ensure that your choices for its intended use are honored. We take strong precautions to protect your data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

The importance of security for all personally identifiable information associated with our guests is of utmost concern to us. We exercise great care in providing secure transmission of your information from your PC to our servers. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, Cash Register Store can not ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or from our online products or services, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission, we make our best effort to ensure its security on our systems. When credit card information is transmitted we use industry standard, SSL (secure socket layer) encryption.


Tech Support Policies



To show our appreciation to our customers, we give free lifetime tech support on all listed cash register models sold through our website. Any special orders for cash registers not featured on www.CashRegisterStore.com are not entitled to free tech support.

Starting as of November 9, 2004 we offer free 60 days tech support on software. This applies to all brands of software sold through the website. The 60 days begin the day you receive your software. We track via UPS to determine the day software is received. After 60 days tech support is billed in 15 minute increments at a rate of $25 per 15 minutes. If your support call is 5 minutes, your credit card on file will be billed for the 15 minute minimum.


Procedure for Returns



If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of this product, you may return it within seven (30) days of receiving your order to Cash Register Store and obtain a refund of the original purchase price of the product less a 15% restocking fee. This excludes shipping and handling charges. All returns must be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization number. To obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization number, please contact our direct sales department at 239-693-3800. Cash Register Store will assist you in either a merchandise exchange (for defective merchandise) or return of the product for a credit of the purchase price, less a 15% restocking fee (excluding shipping and handling charges). If the original payment was made by credit card, your credit card account will be credited. Please allow one billing cycle for credits to be issued on your credit card.

You must return the product at your expense in undamaged condition in the original box with all materials and package inserts. You should INSURE the return for SHIPPING DAMAGE and/or LOSS. Upon receipt of the returned product, Cash Register Store will refund you for the original purchase price, less a 15% restocking fee, less the shipping and handling charges.

Defective merchandise will be exchanged for the same item when the defective merchandise is returned within the first 30 days of purchase. After 30 days the factory warranty will cover any repairs that need to be made. An explanation of the nature of the defect must be included with the returned merchandise. A copy of the original packing slip must accompany the returned merchandise.
