Order Cancellations

Order cancellations refer to cancellations made on the day of purchase or before the product is received. If a cancellation needs to be made once the product is received, please refer to our Return Policy.

If your order needs to be cancelled ON THE DAY of purchase before 5 pm EST, a 100% full credit will be given provided that the product has not shipped. If a cancellation is made on the same day but after the product has shipped, the credit card authorized will be issued a full credit minus the shipping and handling charges. Shipping charges include additional costs to stop the product in transit and returned to the appropriate warehouse.

If an order needs to be cancelled AFTER THE DAY of purchase but before the product is received, a full refund will be credited to the credit card authorized minus a 6% charge plus shipping and handling fees which include additional costs to stop the product in transit and returned to the appropriate warehouse.

Order Processing

Most orders received before 3pm EST, Monday - Friday are processed and shipped the same day. Orders received after those hours are processed and shipped the following business day. Orders received over the weekend are processed and shipped on the following Monday. Please be aware that orders requesting expedited shipping after 3pm EST or during the weekends will be processed as such on the following business day.

Orders received for parts and supplies for cash registers that have been discontinued may not be in stock, and may need to be special ordered. If expedited shipping is requested on an out of stock or special request item, you will be contacted with alternate options.

Shipping & Delivery Proceedures

Upon checkout various shipping options are presented from the US postal service and Fedex via their networks. On the options for Fedex ground and USPS Priority mail services estimated days of delivery are presented from their respective servers which are tied into our shopping cart via API's. These estimated dates are just that, estimated dates. CashRegisterStore.com makes no guarantees for these delivery dates which we are unable to edit. Please be aware that Fedex ground estimated arrival times range from 1-5 business days for domestic orders within the Continental US. US Priority Mail claims estimated delivery times from 2-3 days, but this is by NO MEANS a guaranteed time of delivery. Although the majority of packages are received within 2-3 days via Priority Mail, the postal service will NOT guarantee that your package will be delivered within 2-3 days. The postal service nor CashRegisterStore.com offer refunds for shipping of items shipped via Priority Mail that are not delivered within the stated time frame. For GUARANTEED delivery by a specific date, you MUST choose one of the Fedex expedited delivery options (Express Saver, 2nd Day, Next Day).

Please be aware that on international shipments, you will most likely have to pay duty and/or other government fees or charges. We have no control over these added expenses, nor can we forecast what they will be. We HIGHLY recommend using either US First Class mail or US Priority Mail for shipments leaving the USA. UPS and FedEx do impose brokerage fees which can be expensive. CashRegisterStore.com is not responsible for paying these fees. If the customer decides to return the package, they are responsible for any return fees. Such fees and the original shipping price charged will not be credited if a package is returned.

Orders placed for electronic documents such as manuals and keyboard templates are processed during normal business hours like tangible items that require shipping. Orders received after hours are processed the following business day.

Receipt of Goods

Upon receipt of your cash register, please IMMEDIATELY examine the contents and condition of the machine. Any damages due to shipping must be reported within 1 day of receipt by calling 239-693-3800. Please open your package upon receipt to examine if all peripherals are included (keys, manual, etc). If anything is missing or damaged, call 239-693-3800 within 1 day of receipt to report any missing or damaged items. Day of receipt is determined by when the shipping carrier delivered the package.

Failure to report any missing or damaged items within the stated 1 day will result in charges for delivery and cost of the requested items.

Procedure for Returns

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order to Cash Register Store.com Inc. and obtain a refund of the original purchase price of the product less a 15% restocking fee. This excludes shipping and handling charges.

There is a NO RETURN policy on the following:

  • Programming manuals
  • Electronic files including keyboard templates, manuals, etc
  • All software packages
  • Wetcovers for discontinued cash registers or credit card terminals
  • Special request orders not featured on this website
  • Parts and or accessories for discontinued cash registers

All returns must be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization number. To obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization number, please contact our direct sales department at 239-693-3800. Cash Register Store.com Inc. will assist you in either a merchandise exchange (for defective merchandise) or return of the product for a credit of the purchase price, less a 15% restocking fee (excluding shipping and handling charges). If the original payment was made by credit card, your credit card account will be credited. Please allow one billing cycle for credits to be issued on your credit card.

You MUST return the product at your expense in undamaged condition in the original box with ALL materials and package inserts. You should INSURE the return for SHIPPING DAMAGE and/or LOSS. Upon receipt of the returned product, Cash Register Store.com Inc. will refund you for the original purchase price, less a 15% restocking fee, less the shipping and handling charges. Any product returned in packaging other than the original factory packing will incur additional restock fees.

Factory defective merchandise will be exchanged for the same item once the defective merchandise is returned within the first 30 days of purchase. Failure to report any factory defects upon arrival within the 30 days of receipt will result in forfeit of credit or exchange. For damages due to shipping, please see our Delivery Policies. After 30 days the factory warranty will cover any repairs that need to be made. An explanation of the nature of the defect must be included with the returned merchandise. A copy of the invoice must accompany the returned merchandise.

Warranty Work / Repairs

Equipment under warranty will be fixed without charge to the customer. The customer will pay freight on equipment sent in for repair. When repaired Cash Register Store.com Inc. will pay the cost to return the package to the customer. Cash Register Store.com Inc. will return merchandise via UPS ground. Requests for expedited shipping will be paid by the customer.

All expenses for repair work on out of warranty products will be paid by the customer. This includes all shipping costs, parts and labor expenses.

All the cash registers that Cash Register Store sells are new. Therefore, all Cash Registers come with a NEW FACTORY WARRANTY.

Casio warranty = 1 year parts and 90 days labor from receipt of cash register.

Sam4s warranty = 90 days parts and labor from receipt of cash register.

Sharp warranty = 1 year parts and 90 days labor from receipt of cash register.

CashRegisterStore.com makes no warranty statement on any products. Most cash registers are taken out of the box before shipping out. The cash registers are inspected to ensure that there are no defects, and that each cash register functions correctly. This almost completely eliminates the chances of getting a cash register dead out of the box.

If a cash register arrives inoperable or dead out of the box, CashRegisterStore.com will promptly do a pick-up and replace the defective cash register.

If the cash register arrives damaged due to mishandling during shipping, we will file a claim with the shipper and ship you a replacement unit.

If your cash register fails WITHIN the warranty period and repairs must be made in our service center, you will need to ship the cash register at your expense to our service center for repair. You must contact us BEFORE shipment to inform us of the repair needs and to arrange for the repair. We will make the repair at no charge to the customer, and we will pay to ship it back to you via ground shipping. If faster shipping methods are desired, you must pay for the expedited shipping.

If your cash register fails AFTER the expiration of the warranty, you will need to pay for all parts, labor and shipping costs associated with the repair.

Tech Support Policies

To show our appreciation to our customers, we give free lifetime tech support on all listed cash register models featured on this website excluding Tabby POS.

Please note the following points:

  • Any orders for special requested cash registers not featured on www.CashRegisterStore.com are not entitled to free tech support.

  • If you sell your business, resell the equipment or give your equipment away, the new owner is NOT entitled to free lifetime tech support. Only the original owner is entitled to free lifetime tech support. We do not support cash registers sold by other vendors. Please call them for any needed support.

  • Any free software included with a cash register is not supported by Cash Register Store.com. We will provide free tech support on the cash register, not the software.

  • If you happen to purchase software from us and not the cash register, we will only support installation of the software.

  • If programming was purchased, we do give free tech support on the product, however programming additions or changes after the sale are charged starting at $50 per change or addition. Pricing will be based on time required for work needed.

    Security Issues

    Cash Register Store.com Inc. has taken strong measures to protect the security of your personal information and to ensure that your choices for its intended use are honored. We take strong precautions to protect your data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

    The importance of security for all personally identifiable information associated with our guests is of utmost concern to us. We exercise great care in providing secure transmission of your information from your PC to our servers. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, Cash Register Store.com Inc. cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or from our online products or services, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission, we make our best effort to ensure its security on our systems. When credit card information is transmitted we use industry standard, SSL (secure socket layer) encryption.

The following discloses the information gathering and dissemination practice for Cash Register Store.com Inc. Using the Internet should be a secure and easy place to shop. It is our goal to make your shopping experience at Cash Register Store.com Inc just that, safe and secure.

    When you purchase any product through Cash Register Store.com Inc, we will ask you to provide us with personal information, such as your name, mailing address, e-mail address, credit card information and other personal identifying information. This is required in order to process your order. If you provide us with an e-mail address upon purchasing your equipment, we will send you an e-mail message confirming your online transaction. A separate invoice will be sent via mail or email after your order is processed.

    Cash Register Store.com Inc recognizes and respects the importance of responsible use of your personal information. None of your personal information is sold, traded or exchanged with third parties without your consent. The exception to this statement would be the possible sharing of your basic information limited to personal name, business name, phone number and or email address along with the model of cash register to one of our credit card processing partners. CashRegisterStore.com partners with these companies to enhance our products and services. You may request us via email to not share your information with any of our processing partners if that is your wish.
