Is ordering from CashRegisterStore.com safe?

Although no system can be %100 safe, we do take steps to make your shopping experience a safe one. Cash Register Store uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. SSL is the standard form of transaction security across the internet. This website does not retrieve credit card information as that data is routed directly to the processing bank. The bank processes the order and our website is issued an approval that the credit card was approved. With such measures taken to protect your privacy you should feel at ease buying from Cash Register Store. 


What is included with my cash register purchase?

Each cash register purchase includes a set of keys, 1-2 starter paper rolls, 1 ink ribbon (thermal printer models excluded), and 1 programming manual.


Do I have to pay a sales tax?

Cash Register Store is registered in Florida. Florida residents pay a standard 6.0% sales tax.


How much is shipping?

Generally shipping prices within the continental U.S. are low. We have warehouses located around the country to speed the delivery of your system and to provide lower shipping rates. Average rates of shipping would range from $15 for a small cash register to $35 for a larger cash register system shipping to a residence. All orders outside the continental United States have additional shipping charges. International orders are shipped via US Priority Mail or UPS Standard International.


What forms of payment do you accept?

  • For customers with US and Canadian addresses we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
  • PayPal is an accepted method of payment for all customers worldwide. All orders placed using PayPal as the payment method MUST BE SHIPPED to the billing address held with your PayPal account.
  • Cashier's and business checks are acceptable forms of payment. If sending a check, we will need to receive your payment before we send out your equipment.
  • We can make arrangements for bank transfers and Western Union payments. Should you request this method of payment, place your order online and choose Bank Transfer / Western Union. We will email you with instructions on how to make the payment.
  • Purchase orders are accepted for educational institutions and government agencies ONLY. Please contact us to arrange for a purchase order.
  • We DO NOT accept COD orders.

How soon is my order taken?

Most orders received before 3:00 pm EST with Fedex shipping options will be processed and shipped out that day assuming that it is not a special order item or an accessory for a cash register not listed on our site. Any orders received after 3pm EST will be processed and shipped the following day.

Orders placed with US mail shipping option selected have a cut off time of 12:00 pm EST. Any orders received after 3pm EST shipping via US mail will be processed and shipped the following day.


Do you sell internationally?

Yes, we sell and ship worldwide. You may need a power converter for use in your country. Check out our international page for power converters and other applicable information. Most cash registers we sell come with 110 volt power supplies. Some registers do have 110-240 volt regulators. More information on these registers can be viewed at our international ordering page. For shipments leaving the US, we use either US Priority Mail or UPS International Standard at very reasonable rates.

We currently have suspended accepting orders to the UK and EU due to the requirement to collect VAT tax in order to ship and deliver our products..


Do you give multiple unit discounts?

Yes, if you purchase multiple units we can arrange for a price discount. Call us at 239-693-3800 for details.


After the Sale Questions

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Most our cash registers and accessories are in stock and ready to be shipped. Since our orders are sent out daily via UPS/Fedex ground service, you should receive your purchase within 3 to 10 business days. The date range varies depending what part of the country we are shipping to, and current stock levels in our various warehouses. Any special order items including products for cash registers not listed on our website, orders outside the continental US, and international orders may take longer to ship/receive.


I received my order, but it is not complete.

Most orders will not arrive in one complete shipment. Most orders for multiple items may require shipment from different locations due to stock levels. Please be patient as most orders arrive complete within a few days of the first delivery.


Can I return my purchase?

If the cash register is defective within 30 days of purchase, you may return it for a replacement unit, by first calling Cash Register Store for return authorization. If there is nothing wrong with the cash register and you just simply want to return it (maximum 14 days after delivery of product), there is a 15% restocking fee. 14 days is adequate time to examine and determine if this cash register will work for your business. Support and Programming Questions

Do you provide tech support?

We provide FREE lifetime tech support as a service to our customers for cash registers purchased through us. Touch screen packages sold are limited to 90 days free tech support. Tech support packages for touch screen systems can be purchased after the sale. Click here to view our policy regarding tech support. We DO NOT support cash registers nor any other peripherals purchased through other vendors. Our hours for support are from 9am to 6pm EST, Mon-Fri excluding major holidays.

Please use caution when purchasing complex equipment on the internet. You may find rock bottom prices at some websites, but be wary. Many websites selling cash registers are NOT offering tech support. Even if you choose not to purchase from Cash Register Store.com, we highly recommend that you read the website's privacy policy regarding tech support. If a company does not offer tech support, we highly recommend that you do not buy at that website.


I don't know how to program a cash register.

All cash register systems come with a standard program. All you need to program is your local tax rates and make the appropriate departments taxable. All cash registers come with a programming manual to assist you. If you have any questions and have purchased your cash register through us, you can call our support line at 239-693-3800 for free support. If you are still uncomfortable with programming, we can arrange to have it programmed for you for a nominal fee.


Can you program my cash register for me?

Yes, of course we can arrange to program your cash register. Programming can be a challenge, so why not have it done quickly and correctly. Having us program for you saves you time and money. Although we do charge for programming, our prices are minimal. Each program is unique, and programming prices depends on how extensive the program is.
