Shipping & Delivery Proceedures

  • Orders received with shipping via Fedex by 3pm EST are processed and shipped the same day.
  • Orders received with shipping via US postal service by 12pm EST are processed and shipped the same day.

 
Orders received after these listed times are processed, but shipped the following business day. Please be aware that some products for discontinued cash registers may be on backorder. An email will be sent to indicate backorder status.

Stated Shipping / Delivery Times at Checkout

Upon checkout various shipping options with their prices are presented from the US postal service and Fedex via their networks. On the options for Fedex ground and USPS First Class and Priority mail services estimated days of delivery are presented from their respective servers which are tied into our shopping cart via their respective API's. These estimated dates are just that, ESTIMATED dates. CashRegisterStore.com makes no guarantee for delivery by a specific date. Please be aware that Fedex ground estimated arrival times range from 1-5 business days for domestic orders within the Continental US. US Priority Mail claims estimated delivery times from 2-3 days, but this is by NO MEANS a guaranteed time of delivery. Although the majority of packages are received within 2-3 days via Priority Mail, the postal service will NOT guarantee that your package  will be delivered within 2-3 days. The postal service, Fedex nor CashRegisterStore.com offer refunds for shipping of items that are not delivered within the stated time frame. For GUARANTEED delivery by a specific date, you MUST choose one of the Fedex expedited delivery options (Express Saver, 2nd Day, Next Day). 

Unforeseen Shipping Disruptions

Please be aware that Fedex on shipments of a GUARANTEED TIMED paid selection will NOT offer refunds for unforeseen or unexpected disruptions out of their control such as and not limited to extreme and / or dangerous weather conditions, natural disaster, network outages, etc. Due to the aforementioned Fedex policies, CashRegisterStore.com will not offer shipping credits on paid expedited packages that are delayed. Although most expedited packages are delivered on time, please be aware of the inherit risks involved when placing time sensitive orders.

International Shipments

Please be aware that on international shipments, you will most likely have to  pay duty and/or other government fees or charges. We have no control over these added expenses, nor can we forecast what they will be. CashRegisterStore.com is not responsible for paying these fees. Should you the customer decide to return a package, you are responsible for any return fees and incurred shipping expenses as stated in our Terms and Conditions. Such fees and the original shipping price charged will not be credited if a package is returned.

Canadian customers please note that although Fedex is presented as a shipping option upon checkout, we only ship to Canada via US first class and priority mail. Regulations for international shipping via Fedex are much more complex, and Fedex does charge brokerage fees which the US postal service does not. Thus, any orders received on our website with Fedex shipping selected will be shipped via US postal service with the corresponding Fedex shipping equivalent.


* Fedex fee structure for a $30 order of keys going to Canada. Due to high fees we switch Fedex selected orders destined to Canada to US mail service.

As of April 1st, 2022 we currently have suspended accepting orders to the UK  and the EU (27 member zone) due to the requirement to collect VAT tax in order to ship and deliver our products. We have suspended this service due to the complications of implementing this tax due to the minimal amount of orders we receive destined to these locations. We are sorry for this inconvenience.
