Keyboard Template for Sam4s SPS-520RT (Download link emailed)
PLEASE READ DETAILED DESCRIPTION BELOW BEFORE ORDERING THIS PRODUCT
This template is a Microsoft Excel file. You can customize the text and color within the cells. DO NOT change the cell sizes or the template will not print correctly. The cells are configured to print to the size specifications of your keyboard.
If you have an Apple product (Ipad, Macbook), you will need to have the Excel app from the App store (free app to download) to open it (instructions below on how to open file).
Ordering with a credit card
Once your order is paid with a CREDIT CARD the credit card is instantly processed, and an order confirmation will be emailed to you with a link to download the file. The link can be found towards the bottom of the page under the description of the product.
Ordering via PayPal
PayPal is NOT instantly authorized, and must be authorized manually via their portal. If your order is placed during office business hours Monday - Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm EST (excluding major holidays), you should receive the link to download the file in the email confirmation within 20 minutes. Orders received beyond these hours will be processed and files emailed on the next business day. The link to download the document will be sent via the order confirmation email, and the link to download the file will be under the product description.
Ordering via alternative methods
If choosing to order via check, Western Union, etc, we will have to wait to receive payment before we authorize the order. We do not recommend using this method of ordering as it may take some time to process the order.
Instructions for downloading the file using Apple products
- If you do not have the Excel app, download it free from the App store.
- Once the order confirmation is received with the download link, you can click that button, There is a share button (box with upward arrow) on the top right corner. Click that button.
- Next click the green "Copy to Excel" button. Then the file will open for you.
On a rare occasion the keyboard may not print to the exact specifications of the keyboard. If this should happen, it is most likely that your print settings are not configured correctly. You may need to adjust your printer to print the document correctly. If you do not know how to configure your printer settings, you can try printing at either a slightly larger (102%) or smaller percentage (99%). We DO NOT provide free tech support on these templates.
